There are no entry requirements, and the course can be taken at various levels.

Our Level 5 DET program typically covers a wide range of topics to equip educators with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in teaching and training roles. It places a strong emphasis on reflective practice, inclusivity, research, and leadership within an educational context.

These can be divided however you’d like over a 12-month period.

Course Schedule

You are able to divide your hours across a year. It is possible to finish the course in a few months or over the period of a year. The majority of students will finish the program in 9 to 12 months.

Course Delivery

The qualification is designed to be delivered over one academic year for full-time study, but it is also flexible in its delivery in order to accommodate part-time and distance learning.
